We need an Office assistant for miscellaneous works related to follow ups over phone, data entry, filling and overall office management.
Responsibilities and Duties
1).Filing of bills, Purchase order etc.
2.) Follow-ups for payment, material dispatch status etc.
3). Assisting our accountant for data entry of sale purchase
4).Raise bills, making checks etc.
5). Misc. Office woks
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Basic communication skill in English is required i.e. writing emails etc.
Knowledge of computer, MS Office.
Basic Knowledge of Tally (Nice to have)
Preferably 1-2 Years of experience in office handling.
